Beta Construction was founded in 1984 and incorporated in 1985. During the early years Beta Construction, Inc. provided maintenance services for commercial parking lots in the greater Los Angeles area. These services included asphalt repairs, concrete repairs, seal coating and striping work. Beta developed early on a strong customer base including several major property management companies and large commercial developers. During the late 1980’s Beta had expanded it’s customer base to include general contracting firms and began working on new construction projects. As the defense industry expanded in the early 1990’s Beta worked on projects for McDonnell Douglas, Northrop, Boeing and Hughes Aircraft, to name a few. By the mid 1990’s, Beta had grown into a full service site contracting company with services ranging from site demolition, grading, asphalt paving, all phases of site concrete, total parking lot replacements to maintenance work such as patching, seal coating and striping. Today, Beta Construction, Inc. services new commercial construction projects, new apartment and federal housing projects, public works projects, private property developers and property management companies.
